Trip Finder helps you find and request tourist services. Any actual tour/travel services, confirmations, timing, and conditions depend on the supplier of those services (and, where applicable, the contract for tourist services).

We may act as a tour agent or an information intermediary, depending on the specific arrangement. If we are not a licensed tour operator for a particular booking, we do not represent that we are acting as a regulated tour operator for that booking.

2. Booking, requests, and confirmation

When you submit a request through the website, you are asking to obtain tourist services. A binding contract is formed only after the supplier (or operator/agency) confirms your booking in accordance with its terms.

We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or confirmation for any specific itinerary until confirmation is issued by the relevant supplier.

For tourist services sold or arranged through the website, we provide clear and reliable information about the terms of tourist services and the conditions of the contract to the extent provided by the relevant supplier.

4. Limitations of liability
